I believe that the way we explore this is to experience safe, effective and expressive exercise through a variety of modalities and see what fits. This technique allows us to find our Movement Matches wherever they may be. This high energy, low impact class (with foundations in ballet, yoga and pilates) will focus on form, balance and the strengthening of individual muscle groups through high rep/low weight or body weight movements that best serve
the growth of your endurance, posture and overall fitness.


Private Mat Pilates Session (Beginner/Intermediate) | 60 minutes

This low impact class will concentrate on stabilizing and strengthening the core of the body through recumbent, seated and occasional standing postures and exercises that bring intensity and breath control. Special attention will be paid to your experience, wellness objectives and the development of movement based on excellent form.
